Happy birthday! Here’s a Citroen 15 Six H Presidentielle by Chapron. It was the 2nd iteration of coach built Traction Avant based presidential limos. The 1st one was built by Franay and it overheated during the president’s visit in the UK in 1957.

Sometimes yeah, it had a personality about it that I miss. I would’ve happily kept it if it was going to be dependable. The fact I like my new car makes it a bit easier though and I don’t miss the breakdowns...

It’s not a car, but the Hawker Typhoon had a lot of reliability issues, including carbon monoxide seepage into the cockpit and structural failures that resulted in the tail coming off.
